World Cares Center will be participating in its third annual Golden Phoenix exercise focusing on the benefits of its Disaster Preparation and Trauma Mitigation Program.

This exercise is in partnership with Customs and Border Protection, Office of the Border Patrol, San Diego Sector (Federal lead) and San Diego County/City 1st responders and emergency personnel (Civil Lead). MAG-46 will facilitate Department of Defense interaction/training.
