Throughout her career, Tracey had a rare gift. She made people believe in resilience not as a checkbox or a strategy, but as something deeply human.

She inspired everyone around her, she brought people together, and she made this field better by being in it. We learned from her. So many of us did.

Though no recognition could ever fully capture what Tracey meant to so many,

the Ready Responder Lifetime of Leadership Award is small but meaningful way to honor Tracey’s  life’s work

and allow her spirit to continue shaping this community,

reaching both those she inspired directly and those still discovering their own strength and resilience.

Nanci is a true Ready Responder. When hurricane Melissa swept across Jamaica wreaking havoc on the island her first instinct was to step in to ensure the community she calls her second home would get the aid that was needed.

We are honored to present Nanci with the 25th commemorative anniversary Ready Responders Award for her tireless dedication to helping Jamaica recover and build lasting capacity by empowering the country’s future leaders in physical and mental health.
