World Cares Centers’ Mental Health Advisory Board consists of subject matter experts from the field of mental health and emotional resiliency who are dedicated to further World Cares Centers’ programs and services to meet the needs of high risk, underserved communities, and their constituents. This ever-growing team includes both new members and members who have been supporting our programs for over two decades.

Cal started his career as a public entity, risk management specialist, focused heavily on public safety professions. His discipline of human capital risk management grew out of emergency, preparedness, disaster, response, business, continuity in crisis management.
Jamie Serino
Jamie Serino is a recognized change agent that builds, transforms, and leads marketing, communications, and branding programs for companies and nonprofit organizations. He has guided organizations through various growth stages, industry sea changes, crises, M&A, and IPO, enabling them to find their voices, establish leadership positions, and achieve their next levels of success. Jamie began his career helping people with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and mental illness, and he has continued to work with nonprofits to promote causes such as mental health and disaster preparedness. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.

Natasha work to assist individuals with mental or physical disabilities maintain or become successfully employed. Provide guidance and counseling, conduct intake interviews. Participate in outreach to inform the community about our program. Work with transitional students and the adult population. Natasha joined the advisory board in 2023

Hedy Veith
Hedy is a recent Master of Public Health graduate from Tufts University School of Medicine. Over the course of her academic career, she has developed a deep passion for health policy, health equity and healthcare accessibility, specifically in behavioral health. She is eager to improve health outcomes and access for underserved populations to make a positive impact in the world.
