Contingency Planning Exchange | Jersey City CERT | The Metro New York Community Veterans Engagement Board |
New York City Parks Department | Regional Ready Rockaway
The Boots on The Ground Exercise (BOG) was designed to bring together Ready Responders to practice a Whole of Community (FEMA) approach to disaster response in a safe but physically challenging environment. This method enables everyday citizens a critical foundation to emerge together in a safe and coordinated way when a crisis happens.
The RRN BOG integrates World Cares Center’s core programs that close the gaps between training, communication, and execution, and provides an opportunity for EVERYONE to use their unique skill set in a community-based initiative.
